Upper body workouts will be on Mondays & Tuesdays. Legs will be on Wednesdays & Thursdays. Please book only ONE upper body and ONE lower body session per week.

You can book all your workouts for a month out in one session. After you select your day/times for upper click the BOOK MORE button and it will take you back to the main page to pick lower, full body or bootcamp. Repeat as many times as necessary to set your full schedule.

You should receive an email notification with your booked workouts.
