
Small Group Training:
Our uniquely designed small group training sessions range from 2-6 people. In each session we isolate muscles and work to make you stronger and more lean! We’ll focus on upper and lower body throughout each week and help you keep track of your progress so you can get stronger and more confident with each workout.

Bootcamp Classes
Our boot camp classes put your full body to work! We use a combination of dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX, stability balls, ropes and other fitness equipment to create a conditioning & strength circuit. In between stations we’ll get your heart rate up with a little bit of cardio to get that heart rate pumping!

This is probably the most awkward & uncomfortable post to make but i feel like it’s time to give one of my best friends & trainer a huge shout out. Justin Pauls has honestly pushed me, encouraged me, & supported me for over the last 10 years of going to the gym, give or take my time ghosting periods. he’s been a HUGE pain in the ass but it’s something i needed. he’s worked with my crazy work schedule, my complaining & every excuse i could think of to not go even though he somehow always found a solution for me to show up. oh what a journey this has been and we aren’t even done yet. so huge shout out to Outlast Fitness, LLC for being my go to place!
I turned 71 yesterday and I want send a big thank you to Jay Breder and Outlast Fitness, LLC. Thanks to Jay, I am stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been. Jay has pushed me, encouraged me, and really cares about his client’s progress. Thank you, too, to everyone I work out with for being so supportive.
