Small Group Training: Our uniquely designed small group training sessions range from 2-6 people. In each session we isolate muscles and work to make you stronger and more lean! We’ll focus on upper and lower body throughout each week and help you keep track of your progress so you can get stronger and more confident with each workout.

Bootcamp Classes: Our boot camp classes put your full body to work! We use a combination of dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX, stability balls, ropes and other fitness equipment to create a conditioning & strength circuit. In between stations we’ll get your heart rate up with a little bit of cardio to get that heart rate pumping! We encourage any level of fitness from beginner to heavy lifters to take this class, as all of our exercises can be easily modified based on your strength and comfort level
